Bookkeeper
We are looking for a conscientious, hardworking team player to join our busy team in Farnborough. Our offices are located close to Farnborough town centre.
Although this position is advertised as a full-time vacancy, we are happy and flexible to consider anyone who needs to accommodate child care and navigate around school hours. We are also very understanding of any doctor appointments, optician appoints etc as well.
The following training and proficiencies/experience is required:
Qualifications:
Ideally need to be qualified at AAT Level 4 (or working towards Level 4)
At least 2 years practice experience
Bookeeping:
- Xero (essential)
- CIS (essential)
- Quickbooks (advantageous)
- Freeagent (advantageous)
- Clearbooks (advantageous)
Payroll:
- BrightPay (essential)
- Moneysoft (advantageous)
- Xero (advantageous)
- Employment Hero (advantageous)
- Buddy (Advantageous)
- Sage online (advantageous)
- Freeagent (advantageous)
You must be:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel and Word
- Able to communicate effectively with both clients and team members
- A team player
- Able to work without constant supervision
- Able to prioritise and manage their own work load
- Easy going and flexible
- Disciplined
- Good at problem-solving
- Have attention to detail
- Able to inspire clients in their business and personal lives
- Dynamic and driven
- Ready to embrace new technology/softwware
- Keen to make a difference
